We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards payable in US funds. Credit card payments will be charged at the time of the order. This is when the merchandise is reserved for you.
We are not required to collect sales or use tax on deliveries within the US, except where we have a business location. For customers in Massachusetts, applicable sales tax will be added to your order. To satisfy consumer-reporting rules, if you are an installer or reseller in Massachusetts, you must provide the correct forms before the state sales tax is removed from your order.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Product Limited Warranty
CMT warrants that its products have been manufactured in accordance with CMT’s Manufacturing Quality Assurance Program and to be free of manufacturing defects, if used within the published shelf life and in accordance with instructions and warnings published for the product. User and/or Buyer are solely responsible to determine appropriateness and suitability of use for any intended purpose and assumes all risk. User and/or Buyer’s sole remedy shall be limited to the actual purchase price paid to CMT or replacement of product, in CMT’s sole discretion, exclusive of all other costs. Under no circumstances shall CMT be liable for loss of use, loss of opportunity, loss of market value, loss of rental value, or any other similar consequential loss. Under no circumstances shall CMT be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary, or consequential damages of any nature, however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the alleged coating defect. No recommendations, verbal or otherwise, given from the manufacturer, can void or alter this warranty.
