The compatibility and adhesiveness of this product is unbelievable. It provides one stop shopping for all your caulking and sealing needs. Very reasonably priced and excellent quality. I would recommend this product to all handymen. Worked great on my chimney & roof and no black tar to deal with.

I used this product to caulk a seam where the roof joins a wall. It worked very well and I especially like the clear color. It has great versatility; you can use it anywhere.

This is the best sealant I have ever used. It is elastomeric, flows great, and is very durable. I highly recommend this product.

This product has better adhesiveness than 3 other sealants that I used at the same time in order to compare.

I used it on sealing a crack in the foundation where water was coming in; no more leak. I even told my friends about it. I showed them what I did. I sprayed water where the crack was and no water came in. Amazing! I sealed around my vents and 1 hour later painted. The paint went right over it, no problem; you can’t even see where I sealed. It was easy to work with. It’s an awesome product, and it’s about time. Thanks.

I use many caulks and silicones. This is the one you keep in the truck for those jobs where you need something that holds onto many surfaces, even damp & cold, is paintable, and can fill in larger gaps. This gets the job done.
